IMG 2342What To Expect

We welcome patients by appointment, Monday through Saturday, with each outpatient clinic having a unique schedule. Please call 954.527.3111 to schedule a consultation at your most convenient location.

During the initial visit, your pet’s nurse will review your pet’s medical history and then your pet's Oncologist will discuss their particular diagnosis, and review all of the options available to make an individualized treatment plan. We will help to walk you through the next steps for your pet, and in many cases can initiate the treatment plan at the first appointment. Initial visits typically last between one to two hours, or may be longer if additional diagnostic tests are performed.

You will receive a phone call to confirm your pet's appointment twice, once on the Friday before the appointment and again the day before. Please arrive early to give your pet a chance to become comfortable and to complete any introductory paperwork.

Payment Policy

Animal Cancer Care Clinic accepts cash, local personal checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit – a low or no-cost financing option for qualified applicants. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

At ACCC our goal is to provide quality patient care in a timely manner.  We have implemented a cancellation policy which enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of cancer care.

Cancellation of an Appointment
If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give at least 24 hours advanced notice.  Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another patient access to timely medical care.

How to Cancel your Appointment
To cancel an appointment, please call (954) 527-3111 and speak to one of our front desk staff members to reschedule the appointment.

No Show Appointments
A “no show” is someone who misses an appointment without cancelling 24 hours in advance.  A failure to present at the time of the scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient medical record as a “no show”.  Three “no shows” in one three month period may result in a temporary suspension of services.
